AKANNI is a BTMI sponsored monthly gathering of brothers with a safe, respectful, confidential environment, open to all stages of transition.   We understand that beneath the exterior may lay a need to ask questions, express feelings and address transitioning concerns.  In this space we are able to discuss the relevant topics of our transitioning journey.
