Sam Donnell, owner of the brunch pop-up favorite The Waffle Iron based in Lawrence creates your choice of one sweet or savory gourmet waffle. Donnell’s waffles are works of art that complement the kaleidoscope of color presented by the Monarch butterflies swirling as you sip in the nearby cocktail tent. Includes festival admission, coffee, waffles, and a brunch cocktail by bartenders from the luxuriously chic Country Club Plaza’s The Monarch Cocktail Bar & Lounge, where the cocktail menu is based on the flight patterns of Monarch migration.
