Raytown-based Electrical Corporation of America, Inc. has named Meghan Wilson as the new chief financial officer for the company.

Wilson has been with the company since 2021, when she joined as a full-time payroll specialist. Since then, she has elevated her role within ECA, claiming positions such as controller in 2024 and achieving leadership roles like Vice President of Financial Operations since 2025.

“I can help people succeed at an even higher level,” Wilson said in a release. “I now have the skill set that I can teach them anything within my own brain, within my own skill set, I can teach them, and I’m willing to do that.”

In her new role, she will be working closely with CEO Jason King and COO Mike Moles.

“I think she’s always been just very upfront and honest about everything, and really is as transparent as you can be in that role,” Mike said. “Everything she does, again, making sure that it’s not the right decision for Meghan. It’s the right decision for everybody.”

ECA is an employee-owned electrical contractor headquartered in Raytown, Missouri. First founded in 1970, ECA now specializes in electrical projects nationwide, with satellite offices in Cleveland and Oklahoma City.

The company placed No. 29 on the Ingram’s Corporate Report 100, calculating 141.22% growth with a reported total gross revenue of over $313 million in 2025. ECA has around 160 local full-time employees and approximately 1,000 employees companywide.
