Newmark Zimmer Adds Ramie Mathis as VP of Operations

Newmark Zimmer announced Ramie Mathis has joined the firm as vice president of operations.

In her new role, Mathis will oversee business operations including human resources, information technology, and marketing, according to a release shared with Ingram’s.

She brings more than 20 years of experience to the role. Most recently, Mathis served as the director of operations at Kansas City-based Signature Property Management. While at Signature, Mathis held several roles at the company in her time there that spanned over 10 years. Before then, she also spent around 2 years at Salt Lake City-based Sundance Bay as a property manager, according to her LinkedIn profile.

We are confident her experience and perspective will support our continued success.”

In January, Newmark Zimmer announced several key role promotions across its sales and leasing, occupier solutions, property and facilities management divisions, as well as its new director of marketing, Jill Loxterman.
