Overland Park-based Mariner has promoted Brad Rollins to chief investment officer.

Rollins has been with the firm for over 10 years and has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. He first joined Mariner in 2025, where he began as the director of portfolio implementation.

“I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had over the past 18 years in this industry. I’m especially grateful for the colleagues, mentors, and teammates who have invested in me along the way,” Rollins said in a LinkedIn post. “What excites me most is not the title. It’s the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional investment team as we continue building an investment platform that helps our advisors and clients achieve their long-term goals.”

He has held several leadership roles at the wealth management company, most recently serving as deputy chief investment officer since 2025. Before he worked at Mariner, Rollins served as vice president at Adams Hall Wealth Advisors, a Tulsa-based firm that was acquired by Mariner in 2012.

Rollins succeeds Katrina Radenberg as CIO. Radenberg, who spent over a decade with Mariner, has decided to leave the firm. She ended her time with Mariner in June, according to her LinkedIn profile. During her time there, she served as CIO since 2018.

Last month, Mariner announced it had partnered with New York-based Humanity Labs to scale an artificial intelligence workforce equivalent to more than 700 full-time employees. In June, Mariner expanded its presence in Florida with the acquisition of Atlantic Wealth Partners, a firm with about $218 million in assets.
