Kansas City-based architecture firm Hoefer Welker has opened a new location in Orlando, Florida.
The firm also announced two new leadership promotions in addition to the new office. Beth Hiltonen is now the managing principal for the Orlando office, and Tiffany Kalloor is now the managing principal of the Dallas/Fort Worth office, according to a release. The Dallas/Fort Worth office has grown to more than 60 employees.
The Orlando office will help boost the firm’s footprint in the region’s healthcare, education, civic, and commercial sectors.
“The new Orlando office reflects our commitment to being present, responsive and invested in the work we conduct with our local clients and the overall long-term success of Central Florida,” partner and co-CEO at Hoefer Welker, Rob Welker, said in the release. “As our firm’s impact and footprint are expanding, so is our team. We’re proud to promote these design experts to continue guiding our firm’s growth and mission of designing resilient, inclusive and efficient spaces that will last generations.”
