Newmark Zimmer Announces Several Promotions for 2026

Kansas City-based Newmark Zimmer announced several key role promotions across its various divisions.

Newmark Zimmer announced that its sales and leasing division will be promoting Seamus McLaughlin to senior managing director and Scott Bluhm to executive managing director, according to a press release shared with Ingram’s. The same division would also see Raegen Kersey transition to an associate brokerage role in the Investment Sales and Capital Markets team.

Next is the Occupier Solutions division, which would see Megan Hall and Graham Stark promoted to managing directors.

The Property and Facilities Management division would see Emily Landrum promoted to property manager.

Kevin Maughan, who serves as the director of property and facilities management, has been named to Newmark Zimmer’s Executive Team.

“These promotions highlight the talent, dedication, and leadership that continue to drive Newmark Zimmer forward,” President and CEO of Newmark Zimmer, Mark Long, said in the release. “We are proud to recognize these individuals for their outstanding contributions and look forward to their continued impact in shaping the future of our firm.”

Since announcing these promotions within the firm, Newmark Zimmer also welcomed Jill Loxterman as director of marketing. Loxterman will guide the firm’s marketing vision, overseeing brand strategy, creative execution, and team support across multiple divisions, according to a separate release. Her experience includes 11 years at CBRE, where she served as creative director, leading high-impact creative strategy, developing brand-forward marketing initiatives, and top-performing teams across multiple markets.
