StaffDNA Acquires Lenexa-based Ethos Medical Staffing

StaffDNA, a healthcare staffing firm headquartered in Plano, Texas, announced it has acquired certain assets from Lenexa-based Ethos Medical Staffing.

This acquisition includes a database of allied professionals and travel nurses currently employed in thirteen states, as well as candidates currently on assignment, according to a release. StaffDNA also gained access to direct-hire contracts at facilities currently working with Ethos.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ethos CEO Jeff Stoner will join the StaffDNA executive team, along with other key employees from the Ethos recruiting team.

“My vision for the healthcare hiring industry closely aligns with Sheldon Arora’s, and I know first-hand their technology platform for candidates and clients is the best in the industry,” Stoner said in the release.

StaffDNA provides healthcare facilities real-time job data for all per-diem, travel, local, and staff positions. The company’s data platform app, DNAInsights, offers facilities tools to determine pay rates.
