Kansas City-based ECCO Select announced it has closed its acquisition of Miro Consulting, Inc.

Miro Consulting has ceased operations as a standalone entity, and its expertise is now fully part of ECCO Select, according to a release. The acquisition expands ECCO Select’s software asset management capabilities, license advisory, and compliance consulting. ECCO first announced its acquisition of Miro Consulting on April 1.

“This acquisition was a major investment for ECCO, and we’re excited to capitalize on it,” CEO of ECCO Select Jeanette Prenger said in the release. “By bringing Miro’s proven software advisory expertise together with ECCO’s technology consulting and talent solutions, we’re creating a powerful platform that empowers our clients to succeed while unlocking significant growth potential for ECCO.”

Prenger was recognized in the 2024 Ingram’s 250: Kansas City’s Most Influential Business Leaders.

Founded in 2000, Miro Consulting specializes in audits, contract negotiations, and compliance management. The company is based in New Jersey.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Kansas City, MO, with offices in Dallas, TX, Washington, D.C., and New York, ECCO Select is a nationally recognized, minority- and women-owned business. The company has around 200 employees in Kansas City and nearly 400 company-wide.
