Lockton Acquires Overland Park-based Benefits Communication Insourcing

Lockton Companies announced it acquired Benefits Communication Insourcing to help bolster the company’s employee experience strategies for clients.

The acquisition transitions the full ownership of Benefits Communication Insourcing (BCI) to Lockton. The company ensures the transition will maintain seamless service and continuity for clients, according to a release.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the release.

Headquartered in Overland Park, BCI offers specialists for onboarding new hires, dedicated adminis Benefits Communication Insourcingtrative support, assistance with open enrollment planning and communication as well as annual benefit check-ups for employees.

As part of the deal, Lockton employees will now have access to innovative employee benefits strategies, including resources and tools to improve workforce experiences, expanded benefits solutions and greater access to cutting-edge systems and expertise.
