Topeka Bank CEO to Retire

Andy Jetter, president and CEO , of Federal Home Loan Bank Topeka has announced his decision to retire on or about March 31, 2017.

To facilitate an orderly transition, Jetter will step down as of December 31 and then serve as a senior advisor until his retirement date.

Mark Yardley, executive vice president and chief risk officer, will serve as interim president and CEO beginning January 1.
