CEO Sandy Kemper says that the steady growth of the past few years is split evenly between “organic and acquired growth.” Driving the growth is the proprietary open-supplier network. It is the “dial-tone” for any procurement application. Acquisitions growth includes the purchase of a similar company that specializes in the utilities industry. Valencia credits his management team and “talented employees” for spearheading the company’s continued growth, along with a plan of aggressive marketing and excellent relationships with general contractors.
