Cool Crest Family Fun Center

Jennifer and Frank Licausi
and their son Frankie enjoy a
round of miniature golf.

Cool Crest Family Fun Center on the border of Kansas City and Independence on 40 Highway is a perfect example of that sprint. On some Saturdays in the spring and summer, 3000 people can show up to play miniature golf on one of four courses or video games in the 7000 square foot arcade or have pizza in the café or celebrate birthdays in the private rooms. The Center, purchased four years ago by Frank Licausi and his wife Jennifer from the original owners who had run the Center for the last 47 years, generates 75-80% of its million plus revenue during the season which runs from Memorial to Labor Day though they are open year round, typically six days a week.
