A Blueprint for Defeat
Your "Misunderstanding Kansas" article ("Between the Lines," May issue) was most perceptive. I feel you hit the nail on the head regarding our current situation in Kansas: Two Republican parties is a blueprint for defeat. I hope you will follow with more insightful work on this important subject.

How About Remodeling?
Your August edition has a "Best in Business KC 2002" list that includes architects and homebuilders among the many businesses. Residential remodeling is about on par with the new homebuilding dollars in our country’s economy. It would be nice to see the "Best of Remodeling" next year. You probably have many readers who remodel and renovate their homes and condos.

My first contact with Ingram’s was when Steed Remodeling worked with Bob and Beth Ingram on the Lyric’s Donor room. I have been hooked on what they had done and what the magazine still does for our city.

Wiggins’ Example
Ingram’s is read and enjoyed by our customers and employees. It helps us to keep up with what is going on in our business community. I especially like the "Players" segment and was so glad to see that you featured Senator Harry Wiggins. His political career example should be the model for others to follow. As a "republican" if I can say that, I can’t imagine what the Democrats say about his dedicated career. I also enjoyed reading the Best of Business KC 2002 and sincerely appreciate that you included eastern Jackson County.

GOOD WORK
I enjoy having Ingram’s in my showroom. I have found the articles informative and interesting, as have many of my clients.

Super, super magazine. We enjoy reading it—the best in the Midwest.

IN SUPPORT OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Thanks again for including me in Ingram’s Industry Outlook. It was again a top-notch experience and one I think will contribute a lot to the State’s understanding of higher education.
