Commercial Developers Work Through Challenges

Ingram’s Magazine was honored to assemble an exceptional group of commercial real estate leaders on—no inference intended —Halloween morning.

Ably chairing the event were Dan Lowe of RED Development and Owen Buckley of the LANE4 Property Group. In attendance were more than twenty individuals central to the industry’s continued growth.

The breakfast event was held at RED Development headquarters on the Country Club Plaza. Co-sponsoring the event with RED Development was the LANE4 Property Group.

T

his assembly was part of Ingram’s ongoing effort to highlight economic development issues in Kansas City’s greater metropolitan area. Although there was candid talk about the challenges the commercial real estate industry faces, and there are many, there was also a good deal of talk about emerging areas of opportunity.
