![]() Tony Gonzales of the Chiefs is recognized by Publisher Joe Sweeney Ingramís honored its ìForty Under Fortyî class of 2001 with a reception at The Fairmont on April 24th. A crowd of nearly 300 gathered to honor this yearís inductees. In addition to the recognition plaques to the 2001 class, special presentations were made by Ingramís publisher Joe Sweeney and executive editor Jack Cashill. Introductions were made by the Forty Under Forty Alumni classes of 1998 & 2000. This yearís honorees also joined former recipients, spouses and guests for an outing to the Royals game against the Yankees. ìThis becomes the third year of Ingramís Forty Under Forty awardsî stated Joe Sweeney. ìThis may be the single most important program weíve developed in Kansas City. The character of the people who have earned this honor are of the highest caliber ó I believe the future of our community is in very capable hands.î |
