Chairing the session was Bill Downey, CEO of Kansas City Power & Light. Although there were some lively differences of opinion among the participants, there was sufficient commonality of purpose to establish some larger and potentially groundbreaking themes. Challenges The participants were asked to identify the single greatest challenge that they and their organizations face today in regards to energy. The answers were many and varied.
