Miles of Smiles provides charitable, comprehensive dental treatment through a portable program offered at schools and community-based settings for needy children in Kansas City, specifically those living in Clay and Platte Counties.

Miles of Smiles provides care for more than 3,000 kids each year.  The agency becomes the dental home for the vast majority of these patients, treating them through regular operations at their schools.  Proceeds from Brush Up on Fashion provide funding to keep the program operating.
