H&R Block Names New HR Head

Tiffany Scalzitti Monroe is now the new Chief People Officer for H&R Block.  According to the press release, Monroe will oversee all the human resources functions of the tax company “such as organizational and performance management, talent development, and ensuring the workforce has both the people and organizational capabilities to enable and ultimately deliver company strategy.”

Monroe previously served as the chief human resources officer at U.S. Foods and prior to that she held a number of leadership positions with Target over a span of 15 years.  Monroe is slated to take over at H&R Block on March 5th of this year.
